All payments must be made via bank transfer or other specified payment methods. You will receive an account number to deposit the payment upon agreement with these terms and successful submission of your contact information.

If we are unable to proceed with your project after payment has been made, you will be informed in a timely manner, and a refund will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered project, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and determine if a refund is applicable. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.
